Every day brings a new experience and it’s up to you how you approach the experience.People with a negative mindset teach me how to have and influence the behavior and mindset of others.Positive people, whether they know it or not, influence the lives of others in many ways, whether they know it or not, their words can be a source of motivation for others.

Experiences greatly influence and shape our attitudes and mindset What if the experiences have been a segment of the thing of this limited time we have living? The experiences are what structure us, that plays a  higher role in our personal growth and learning, that have us develop into our full selves.

As a scholar i meet many human beings with unique attitude everyday, some with alot of negativity and some with a terrific positivity in their behaviour and words. I also learn from them. People with a poor mindset train me how these moves can have an effect on the behavior and thought of others. Positive people, whether or not they comprehend it or not, have an effect on the lives of others in many ways, their words can be a source of motivation for others.

We typically blame others, when any one mistreat us. But what had been their stories? How did they boost up? Did everyone teach them how to balance their emotions?

There is a returned story or childhood experiences , no one structure a person’s behaviour from the womb of mother. They all discovered from any one or something they experience. Behaviours are impact by using events.

First step to personal growth is :

Getting to comprehend my shadow and recognizing my toxic behaviors are the first two steps to change.

Now as you recognize your behaviour, takes the responsibility of it

Attaining solitude can help you contemplate your personal beliefs and thoughts rather than being influenced by the opinions of others.
Spend time with your self and be aware of time when you have to be ashamed of your behaviour or you might also harm any one through your words , this may assist you recognizing the real you ( your mindset toward others )
i personally did this before sleeping, i suppose of the complete day and take into account is there any behaviour from my aspect that can also hurt any individual or i may speak some thing unintentionally (remember my words) that may cause distress to any person

This self reflection will help you change the course of your life , it will continuously improve your life. Its all about questioning and being honest to yourself about what you are doing, who you really are and what would you do..
